¿QUÉ ES UNA ORDEN DE PROTECCIÓN CONTRA RIESGOS EXTREMOS (ERPO)?
Las Órdenes de Protección Contra Riesgos Extremos son una herramienta legal que permite el almacenamiento temporal de armas fuera del hogar para personas que han demostrado estar en riesgo de hacerse daño o de dañar a otras personas. Durante este periodo, su acceso a armas de fuego queda restringido con el fin de prevenir situaciones de peligro.
